These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of socialbulker.com and all services offered on it, which are provided by SocialBulker ("SocialBulker", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
SocialBulker provides social media promotion services, such as followers, likes, views, subscribers and members for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram, as well as free trial services and free online tools.
SocialBulker is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Telegram or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, to place an order.
- You must only submit accounts and content that you own or are authorised to promote.
- The account or post must be public and remain public until delivery is complete.
- You are responsible for entering the correct username or link. Orders placed for a wrong, private, deleted or changed account cannot be reversed.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of our services complies with the terms of the platform concerned.
We never need your password. We will never ask for it.
3. Orders and delivery
- Delivery usually starts shortly after payment is confirmed. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and can vary with order size and platform conditions.
- Please do not place another order for the same account or link from another provider while your order is in progress, as this makes it impossible to track delivery.
- We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Free services
Free services are offered as a trial, subject to availability and to limits we set (for example one free request per account or email within a given period). We may change, pause or refuse free requests at any time, and free services do not include a refill guarantee.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site at the time of your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.
6. Refill guarantee
Social media platforms regularly remove inactive accounts and engagement, so some drops can happen after delivery. For paid orders, if you see a drop within 30 days of delivery, we will refill the lost amount free of charge. To request a refill, contact us with your order number. The refill guarantee does not apply if:
- the account or post has been made private, deleted or renamed;
- the drop was caused by services from another provider running at the same time;
- the order was a free service.
7. Refund policy
Because our services are digital and delivery starts immediately after payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Instead, eligible drops are covered by our refill guarantee described above. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first: we will always work to complete your delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in your orders being cancelled and future orders being refused.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SocialBulker to promote illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful content, to abuse our free services (for example by using multiple or disposable email addresses), or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
9. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results such as sales, reach, going viral or changes in how a platform ranks your content. Platforms can change their rules and systems at any time, and we are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or reputation.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of SocialBulker is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
